A Tip For Today
Cycling hang cleans is definitely a skill that needs to be practiced a lot.  It takes a lot of timing to drop a bar from your shoulders onto your legs and then jump at exactly the right time to get it back up to your shoulders.  Where most people struggle is that they try to use their arms to much, keeping the elbows bent, and treating it like a KB swing.  Keep your chest up tall, squeeze your shoulders back and keep the bar close to your body on the way up and the way down.
