A Tip For Today
When starting this workout, keep in mind that it is TWO rounds.  Starting out in an Olympic world record sprint pace will have you smoked by the fourth run.  Move at a pace that you can continuously move with the idea that you want to pick up the pace on the last two runs of the second round.  As far as the work between the runs is concerned, unbroken should be your only thought.
