Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy was killed Sunday February 4th, 2008 during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.
A Tip For Today:
Twenty minutes is also known as a CrossFit marathon.  With small rep schemes, the total rounds adds up quickly.  The kettlebell swing is a great place to keep your pacing under control, keeping you from sprinting the first five minutes.  Find a pattern to your breathing on the KB swing that will keep you calm and get you ready for the next round.
