A Tip For Today
Let's discuss this now.  Yes, you are doing burpees again today.  No, you don't have to do burpees, you don't have to do anything.  Rather, you get to do burpees.  You get to come to the gym.  You get to enjoy time with your friends.  You get to be coached and guided.  You get to take care of your health.  It's amazing how just a simple switch of words changes everyones perspective.  This week is your opportunity to become more efficient at a movement that a lot of people are not fond of.  If you take your weakness and do it enough, it will become a strength.
