A Tip For Today
While DB's are great for unilateral loading and adaptive training, it is easy to get sloppy with them.  The obvious benefit for the renegade's is shoulder pushing and pulling.  However, the stability that you create in your feet, legs, and core will make the movement way easier and efficient.  Set your feet shoulder width apart and maintain your hollow body position to avoid rotation as you row.  The same could be said for the DB snatch as keeping the DB too far away from your body will cause you to turn or over compensate in some way.
