A Tip For Today
If you haven't been paying attention to the rowing technique chats we have been having, today would be a real good day to listen and start applying.  When your rowing is unnecessarily over strenuous, it reaps havoc on the other movements it is paired with.  Since today it is accompanied by something that is extremely neurological, you want to be as efficient as you can be.  Take the time to fix your rowing technique now and you should have it down by the Open.
