A Tip For Today
Having completed this workout 12 weeks ago, you should have an idea of where you can make up extra reps.  Although, if you have been following the nutrition challenge, you will find that you can easily make up extra reps without even trying.  Clean fuel in your system will make you more efficient and give you the ability to push harder without doing extra training.  Nutrition makes a world of difference.  If you haven't tried eating 100% clean for six to twelve weeks, it will change your life.
