A Tip For Today
Fran is by far the most elegantly designed workout in CrossFit.  She is a perfectly paired push and pull that is designed to be completed at an extremely high intensity.  If completed properly, she will leave you very short of breath and neurologically hung over for two days.  If you finish Fran and say "that wasn't that bad" you have done something MAJORLY wrong!  Listen to your coach on how to scale appropriately and give her all you have!  Welcome to the CrossFit Games!
