A Tip For Today
The idea of today is solid pacing.  You want to move at a pace that you can sustain for four rounds.  Starting out in an all out sprint and gradually (or dramatically) getting slower is not the idea.  Yes, you want to move quickly and you want to transition efficiently because you also want plenty of rest.
