A Tip For Today
Get ready to say "happy Monday" to your grip!  Your game plan for this one will be the determining factor between getting all of your toes to bar unbroken or having to rest on such a small number of reps.  Being that the weights are light today, the beginning isn't going to be the problem.  However, if you do the first five minutes all unbroken, the last seven could be painful.  If you do not have a grip of steel, you might consider breaking the KB's and snatches up from the beginning to give your forearms a break.  As for the toes to bar, you would really like to do all of those unbroken.  Coming down off the bar wastes a lot of time!
