A Tip For Today
When workouts are programmed and designed, each one has a unique goal and purpose.  Each movement is placed in just the right place with just the ideal amount of reps to make the next movement that much harder.  Each workout is designed with a stimulus and time frame in mind.  If you want to get the most out of each workout, listen carefully when the coach describes how this workout is suppose to feel and how long it should take.  If you turn a 2 minute workout into a 20 minute workout, you have missed the point.  The opposite also applies, if you turn a 20 minute workout into a 2 minute workout, you made it way to easy and missed the goal.  Increase your intensity, increase your work capacity.
