A Tip For Today
Everyone seems to know their max set of wall balls.  If that number is somewhat low, you might want to reconsider doing the first full minute unbroken.   By breaking the first minute, you will prevent having to rest too long later in the workout, or worse, taking a minute off.  We want reps each round on the wall ball.  If you have a higher number on that unbroken set, you should try to do the first minute unbroken and then try to see how many rounds after that you can do unbroken.  If you know how to breathe properly on the wall ball, this will be a really fun workout!
