In Honor and Memory of:
Today we honor and remember the victims and first responders that tragically lost their lives on September 11, 2001.  We also honor and remember the soldiers that have since made the ultimate sacrifice in our defense.
Our workout today is in honor and memory of U.S. Navy Veteran, Becky Sefscik.  Becky died August 31, 2015 at the age of 30.  She was a CrossFit coach at CrossFit The Tracks in Erlanger, KY.
