*Complete 1 T2B, 1 Box Jump, 2 T2B, 2 Box Jump, 3, 3, 4, 4, etc until 8:00 is up
*Score is last FULL round completed plus any extra reps

A Tip For Today
Depending on your personal strength with toes to bar, you may need to start breaking these up before you think you should.  The tricky thing about toes to bar is that once they are gone, they're gone.  By breaking them early, you will be able to do multiples longer into the workout.
