A Tip For Today
In case you did not know that workouts are designed to make each successive movement more difficult, now you know.  Having a strong row followed by trying to push hard on the abmat sit ups will make the double unders a bit spicy.  However, the point is to test your ability to push hard and trust your double under technique.  Be ready to sweat and breathe hard.
