A Tip For Today
You do not realize how much your core stability is used in everything until you do a workout that really hits it.  Yes, our ideology is core to extremity.  You want your bigger muscle groups doing the majority of the work with your smaller muscle groups working after.  KB swings, push ups, and running emphasize proper core mechanics in order to be efficient.  Using those proper mechanics can also help your breathing.  Focus on your core engagement on the swings and push ups and see how much your efficiency improves.
