A Tip For Today
As you get deeper into this workout, your transitions are going to become more and more important.  If you get to the point that the snatch is too fatigued, clean it and get it behind your head as fast as possible.  That will save you A LOT of time.  Once the bar is overhead, keep it there until you finish.  You can go unbroken.
