A Tip For Today
Yes, that's a big number and yes, it should be an "out of your comfort zone" weight.  There is a good possibility that you will do this entire workout as singles.  If that is the case, you want to mentally challenge yourself to put your hands on the bar as fast as you can.  Where people waste the most time in a workout is in their transitions.  As soon as they stop moving, it's easy to take more rest than needed.  That is a mental need, very rarely is it a physical need.  Trust your technique.
