A Tip For Today
Chippers can be fun in that you rarely have one where you do the same movement twice.  However, they can also be intimidating because of the big number scheme.  Being able to get a grasp on the workout mentally, before you start, will be a huge advantage.  Decide how you are going to pace the row so that you can start your v-ups immediately after.  Break up your strengths into larger numbers and your not strengths "yet" into smaller numbers.  The rest will actually help you to move faster overall.
