A Tip For Today
Open workouts are always deceiving.  What looks sweet and innocent usually hits like a Mac truck.  Due to the fact that this is a monostructural movement paired with an extremely light barbell, breathing is going to be the first thing you notice.  Similar to Monday, your barbell cycling needs to be consistent and smooth.  This will get you off the barbell faster and back on the rope.  These two movements are a masterfully paired couplet.
