1b) :20-:30 Headstand hold (add pike toe taps if able)

1000 m Row
150 Double Unders
Then 10 Rounds of:
5 Ring Push Ups
10 Abmat Sit Ups
15 Squats

A Tip For Today
If your row is paced properly, the double unders can be completed in large chunks.  A good pacing strategy would be your 2k row pace, maybe plus a few seconds.  To find that, take your 2k row time and divide it by four.  When you start rowing, there is a section on the monitor that says 0:00/500m.  This is where you will look for your pacing time.  Remember that you cannot win a workout on the first movement so starting out too strong can become detrimental later on.
