A Tip For Today
Do you break or do you fight to go unbroken?  Due to the fact that the wall balls go down in reps, the ability to go unbroken is strong.  Then it becomes a double under workout.  As long as you haven't been holding your breath on the wall balls, the jump rope should be smooth!
