A Tip For Today
Just like Jackie, you want to be able to get off the rower and go straight into the squats.  Picking a damper setting and rowing pace that keeps you fresh is key to setting you up for success.  Since this is handstand push ups instead of pull ups, you need to keep in mind that breaking the front squat to be ready for the handstands is a possibility.  Working until failure is never a good option.
