A Tip For Today
With your new found understanding of gymnastics, hopefully you find yourself stringing together more of your reps today.  This is going to bring your grip into the picture.  Keeping your knuckles on top of the bar will allow you to hang on longer.  Deciding to take preset rest periods to keep your grip fresh would be a good game plan heading into the second round.
