A Tip For Today
Toes to bar can leave you in the blink of an eye.  Once second you're stringing them together and thinking of the Olympics, the next second it looks like you have never done one in your life.  This is due to lack of strength in either the lats, core, or hip flexors.  After completing our six weeks of gymnastics,  you all should have a better understanding of creating tension in your arch and hollow positions.  This will give you the ability to string together toes to bar for longer.
