A Tip For Today
Where do you smash the peddle and where to you set cruise control?  The bike is a good place for cruise control.  You will not win  on the bike, but you can definitely lose it there.  Starting out way to strong on the bike will leave you questioning life for the next ten minutes of the workout.  Settle in to a moderate pace, which will allow you to do larger sets on the double unders.  The first 400 meters of the run will allow you to get your bearings.  You want to smash the peddle on the last 400 meters to finish strong.
