A Tip For Today
The same break up for full D.T. applies to this workout today for the first two segments.  Resting after deadlift 11 and hang clean 8 will ensure that your grip and shoulders are not crushed for the later rounds.  For the last round after the 400 m run, be mentally tough and hang on as long as possible.

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.
