A Tip For Today
Each round of this workout is designed to be done as quickly as possible.  If it is taking you five minutes or more per round, we need to scale it back in some way.  It could be doing jumping pull ups, going to modified push ups, changing the number or reps, or doing less rounds.  Remember that this is a benchmark which means it is designed to test your fitness and you are suppose to push hard.  If you are turing this into more of a hero workout with the goal of just surviving, it needs to be adjusted.
