Do you need to work on your cardio?  Interval training is great for training your breathing, your heart rate, and your stamina.  Each minute of this workout is designed to be sprinted.  Certain minutes you will earn more rest, other minutes you will earn a higher score with a chance to recover the next round.  Know that you are going to go hard and then focus on getting your breathing and heart rate back under control before the next round.
