A Tip for Today
Today is a great day to work on your rope climb mechanics.  If you're working on fixing your footing, creating a tighter tuck, using straight arms, today is your day to think about it.  If you are a proficient rope climber and you want to get out of your comfort zone and try legless, sets of one are good days to try.  If you are new to legless rope climbs, start out with legless every other round.  Going from "never really done one" to "lets do seven rounds under fatigue" is not a good strategy.  Rope climbs are not all brute strength, although strict pull ups are a prerequisite, they are a lot of technique as well.
