A Tip For Today
Fifteen minutes in CrossFit world can feel like FOREVER!  The first four rounds are going to fly by.  My advice is to start at a smooth pace to keep your breathing under control and to continue moving.  Do your best not to look at the clock until you feel like you have been working out FOREVER.  At that point, you will probably be half way there.  If you can make it the entire time without looking at the clock, you will be better off than looking half way.  The clock can play games with you mentally and cause you to slow down or have negative thoughts.  Find your groove and move until the coach says time!
