A Tip For Today
Cycling hang power snatches is a bit trickier than hang power cleans, due to the wider grip.  If you are looking to move constantly, slide the bar slightly down your legs and then back up to your power position before jumping the bar overhead.  If you are super competitive and that is too slow for you, you can bring your grip in just a bit and cycle them the same way you would a clean, with more of a pop off of your thighs.  The first of these two options is the best for those working on technique or if you have any shoulder issues.  That option allows you to be more aware of proper shoulder positioning.
