With today being a version of the benchmark "girl" Elizabeth, this workout is designed to have that same kind of stimulus.  All of the benchmarks are designed to get a good test of fitness, meaning, give it all you have.  If you are doing the hang cleans two at a time, it is probably too heavy.  Pick a weight that is going to give you a fast cycle time.  This should be a workout that is a good mental fight.
