*Score is slowest round but farmers carry must be a walk

A Tip for Today
If you have been working on your toes to bar, today is a good day to get out of your comfort zone and do as many as you can unbroken.  With the rest you will be getting at the end of each round, you will have plenty of time to recover before you are back on the bar.  Work hard on your hollow/arch tension on your kip.
