A Tip For Today
Your ability to get through your bar work unbroken is going to depend on your grip strength and endurance.  If you know that your grip has a tendency to give out, be smart in your early rounds.  Even though five is a small number, the volume adds up.  If you have to break the reps into 3 and 2 so you can eliminate doing singles on the toes to bar in the round of 10 and 15, you will save yourself time and energy in the end.  If your grip is a strength, then going unbroken comes down to how badly you want it mentally.
