A Tip For Today
Maintaining strong deadlift form over thirty reps at this weight is going to be important for making it through the second mile.  If breaking up the reps into small sets allows you to maintain your lower lumbar, then sets of three are going to be your jam.  Do not get over zealous and get caught up with winning.  Stay in your lane and know your game.  Catch them on the second mile.
