A Tip For Today
At first glance, this looks like a classic push/pull workout.  Yes there is pulling on the rower and yes, the push jerk is technically a push.  However, if you know your skills, you will know that the rower should be all about the drive with your legs and the push jerk should be all about driving the bar up with your legs and dropping under it.  If you know and apply this, your shoulders will not feel like hamburger meat after the first round.
