A Tip For Today
This workout is about the rower.  The bench press is designed to eat some time and fatigue your upper body.  Your technique and mental toughness will be put to the test on each round of the rower.  A good goal is to have around the same number of cals each round.  Remember when you are on the rower for round one that you still have four more rounds.
