A Tip For Today
Welcome to Grace's twin sister!  The major difference between these two workouts is that Isabel packs a bit of a harder punch.  Due to the fact that the bar does not stop at the shoulders, you will not be getting that slight break of your arm tension.  If you are use to doing five to ten reps unbroken on Grace, aim for three to seven reps on Isabel.  Your technique and strategy need to be spot on from rep number one.
