A Tip For Today
When you have a moderate length amrap that is programmed with low rep scheme movements, that moderate time quickly feels really long.  The worst thing you can do on a workout like this is sprint the first three rounds and then look at the clock and realize you still have ten minutes left.  When you start, you want to remind yourself to work at a pace that you could sustain for fifteen minutes without needing to stop.
