A Tip For Today
Ten reps can be easily done unbroken.  In this workout today, it's going to require some mental toughness to complete all ten reps of each movement, unbroken.  After your jump rope, take a second to catch your breath and prepare your mind to hang on for all ten reps.  Be efficient, be smooth.
