A Tip For Today
Today's triplet is going to make you very award of just how much midline bracing it takes to complete the strict press.  People often take for granted proper muscle activation during lifting and often find themselves moving less weight than what their bodies are truly capable of.  Through the proper activation and bracing of your core, hips, shoulders, etc. you will find that not only will you be able to lift heavier, but you will also become more efficient due to proper bar path.
