A Tip For Today
How long you hang on to the barbell today is going to be dependent on how efficient your gymnastics are.  If you are strong on the bar muscle up, you can do large sets on the squat cleans.  If you over pull or if you lose your grip strength quickly, you will want to break up the squat cleans and possibly do singles.  Efficiency is always the winner.
