*Tabata = :20 on / :10 off for 8 rounds
*Complete all 8 rounds on the rower, rest 1:00 then move to sit ups, etc.

A Tip For Today
The frustrating part about watching people do Tabata is once they hit a certain number, they no longer try to work for the full :20.  If they have an off round and only get 5 reps, they will stop each round after that at 5 reps.  The point of Tabata is to give your all for a full :20.  If you have an off round, you need to have a short term memory and try your hardest again the next round.  Cherry picking does not make you a better athlete.  Learning from your mistakes and pushing hard regardless, does.
