A Tip For Today
The rower requires a great deal of technique and respect.  Most people do not understand the effects of the rower they're in the sequential movements, suffering.  Choose your damper setting and your pace wisely.  Having to work to hard too quickly can be detrimental to your intensity later in the workout.  Seeing how the rower is paired with two more hip driven movements, you better pay the rower the respect that it deserves.
