A Tip For Today
We have programmed this workout a lot over the years.  The best way to get through this WOD is to shut your brain off and fight hard to do all ten rounds unbroken.  A lot of times, our mental side gets the best of us and causes us to slow down or stop when no rest is needed.  Keep your breathing under control and remember, the wall ball is one of the lightest weight squats that we do.
