A Tip for Today
With the lift for today being fairly heavy, most of you will be looking at singles for reps today.  The pace on the burpees will set you up for either success or struggle on the clean and jerks.  Because of the high percentage on the weight, you are going to have to brace by holding your breath.  With the burpees taking your breath, be prepared for that first clean and jerk to feel slightly heavier than anticipated.
