A Tip For Today
This is one of the few "girl" workouts that is not a sprint.  Kelly simply tests our fitness in a different domain.  A good mentality for this one is "smooth and steady".  Starting out the first round with a fast pace run, unbroken box jumps, and wall balls could catch up to you quickly starting round three.  If you need a breather on the box, do a set of ten and then switch sides of the box while standing on top of it.  This will break up the reps into more manageable numbers and will also shorten your resting time by keeping you on the box.  On the wall balls, play to your strengths.  If you need two sets of fifteen, take them.  If you can go unbroken and maintain your breathing, go unbroken only if you know you will be able to do this for multiple rounds.
