A Tip For Today
Yes each movement is designed to take a bit of a toll on the next.  However, your arms will have a bit of a break before hitting the handstand walk.  In the succeeding rounds, the burpees and farmers carry will start to hit the handstands.  Keeping the legs locked and straight will help you maintain your positioning.  When you start to fatigue, press harder into the floor and bring your heels together.
