A Tip For Today
When you read a workout, you need to see the bigger picture, not just the movement that is your strength or your weakness.  "I love rope climbs!"  Seeing the positive is a great mindset to have, however, when thinking of your game plan, how should you break up reps to accentuate your strength?  Doing all forty five snatches unbroken might not set you up for success on your rope climbs, especially if you are doing them as muscle snatches.  Because of the rope climb volume after the snatches, you might need to drop under the bar more to save your shoulders and grip.  You also will want to break up the snatches into manageable but fast sets.
